One has to pay 50% advance at the time of booking. The rest is payable 3 days before the installation date. Please not that the booking amount is non-refundable.
Bookings are taken in Booking and Order form. Once the Booking form is signed and submitted to the Sales Executive, no changes would be allowed.
For all customisations, you have to inform the CCE in detail. Thereafter, they would give a turn-around time of 1 working day and upload the information on the daily tracker.
There are 16 standard sizes, which are location based. Every zone has a different standard size. The dealer or distributor will be able to offer the standard sizes of their location.
Tata Pravesh Door will be installed by a trained installation team. You may fix the date and time of installation of the door with the dealer or company representative.
The delivery time will vary as per availability and location. Needs to be discussed with the dealer or company representative at the time of purchase.
